  •   My 987 started smoking. My water pump went out and the car was fuming. I towed it to Bruce, he did a full inspection, tested to make sure I didn't damage anything else, then he found out that I had warranty that would cover it. So I had to towed to the dealer. The bill would have ran me an easy $900. I asked him how much I owed him for the tests and inspection, he told me to be safe and shook my hand and that ended it right there.

  •   Bruce, Phil, and Johnny have taken care of several BMWs for me over the last ten years, and the service has always been exactly as described.  They don't have a sumptuous lounge, and you won't get a latte while they change your oil, but they are fast, thorough, and all business.  I wouldn't buy a used German car without having them look it over first.

  •   Excellent place. Called in the morning, Bruce was able to get me in by the afternoon and get my new key programmed. Everyone was super friendly, can easily tell they're all experts in their craft.

  •   Don't bother with this place if you have a base model BMW.  I dropped off my car and did not receive a shuttle service because they were too busy giving rides to clients with the overpriced Porsches.  When I returned 2 days later to pick up my car and thought they were going to bring my car to me as I was waiting to pay for the repair bill.  Instead I had to dash across Talbert to retrieve my car that is now dirty on the outside with grease spots on the inside.  I wonder how much these guys charge for the car pickup and delivery service.

You get what you pay for... top notch service from an indi shop that lives and breathes euro sport. These guys pay attention to every little detail. Maintenance and inspection through these guys is better than dealerships. No regrets, definately found my go to shop for anything Porsche related.

    -no haggle no bs
    -only oem or better parts
    -knowledgable staff AND owner
    -straight up PROS

They stand by their work and I now see why. UNDERSTAND, they're not low budget by any means but quite honestly, if you can afford the vehicles they work on, you can afford their service. Dont hesitate to swing by or give them a call.... hell, these guys will let you pick their brain at no charge and can go on for hours if not days with what they know and do best.

Bonus, got a mini detail after my 997 was complete. Didnt take advantage of the pickup and drop off though. (I didnt know) lol

  •   I have been bringing my BMWs (first a 325i convertible and then a M Roadster) to Autowerkes since the President of the last company I worked at recommended them back in 1995- and most recently last week.  I have found them to be thoroughly knowledgeable of the cars and able to fix the issues without having to bring the car back- the repair is done correctly the first time, and I am always kept in the loop for what the issues are, anticipated expenses, and when the car will be ready for pick up.  Their are many unscrupulous repair shops out there,  I am glad to have found a place that I can implicitly trust.  I highly recommend Bruce, Johnny, and the rest of the Autowerkes staff. Thanks, Cliff R.

  •   Rick and his crew just fixed up our 2001 mercedes c-240.  Car had stalled on the freeway, and as I am new to the area I wasn't sure where to take it.

I took it to a place nearby who recommended Autowerkes, and I am glad they did.  They diagnosed a crank sensor issue, took care of it right away, and let us keep it there over night when we couldn't pick it up.  That they did a good job and were much less expensive than the dealership is only half the story.  The guys there take time to explain the problem, don't treat you like an idiot, and are transparent about the costs.  They know cars, and they are honest.  What else do you want?

They earned my business, that is for sure.

  •   Found Autowerkes through Yelp after reading some great reviews. I took my 2012 911S in for service and cooling repair. Can't say enough about how those reviews were true. Bruce took good care of my cancer and the quality of work was fantastic.
